Mobile Glovebag Systems

This EHS Solutions Mobile Glovebag System has two main components that facilitate the contained transfer of product between containers: a Mobile Drum Tipper and a Mobile Glovebag Table. Together, these components provide a compact, GMP, ergonomic means of transferring material into a vessel in a contained fashion.

The Mobile Glovebag Table provides a highly engineered, yet simple to use control for safely transferring and weighing various raw materials into proper batch quantities. The system integrates existing and proven flexible containment technology from Containment Service Providers (CSP) to achieve containment levels to below 1µg/m3. The Mobile Glovebag Table allows for a wide variety of incoming containers to be dispensed from by using a docked pneumatic Drum Tipper.

The Drum Tipper consists of two main frames that have a powered pivot structure. This system provides a compact, GMP, ergonomic means of lifting and tilting drums to a discharge position. The tipper uses pneumatic floor brakes to stay in place during the drum charging process and can also be docked to the Mobile Glovebag table using integrated docking arms. The tipper is operated with hand control valves which can be located on either side of the workstation.

The Mobile Operator Platform can be used with the Mobile Glovebag Table to elevate the operator while working inside the glovebag to improve the ergonomics for tall applications.
